As we said, you have to be very careful when choosing movies for 7-12-year-olds. Look for the age rating for a movie. Movies rated with U are ideal for kids in this age group. Movies with a PG rating mean they need parental guidance while watching because they may contain some violence, rude language, behaviour, etc.

The show is officially rated TV-MA, or not necessarily suitable for kids 17 and under. Again, you know your child and what they can handle best, but just like with R-rated movies, there's a lot to consider about what your child will see and think while watching a thriller like this.
