Is the Mango Power E a certificated safety item?
Mango Power guarantees that the Mango Power E device meets all meets US and International Safety and EMI Standards, and it comes with a five-year warranty. Please feel free to contact our support team atsupport@mangopower.comat any time to get immediate assistance.
Is the Mango Power E a waterproof unit?
The Ingress Protection Rating(IP Rating) of the Mango Power E device is IP21. This provides the device with protection against falling water droplets, condensation, and objects that are greater than 1 or 2 inches (12.5mm) in diameter.
How many Mango Power E batteries can be connected to my unit?
You may expand the device's power capacity to 7066Wh by adding one Mango Power E Battery. With the addition of two bundles (Mango Power E + the Mango Power battery), the capacity will reach up to 14kWh.
Give a quick charge on your Mango Power E unit:
The battery percentage could reach 80% in 1 hour with Mango Power E fast charging cable recharging and 100% in 1.5 hours. (30A fast charging cable is needed. Please be noticed that the setting of Max AC Input Current should be set to 30A.)
How do I connect the Mango Power E device to my phone?
The Mango Power App allows you to control your device remotely intelligently and gives you complete peace of mind wherever you are.
First, switch on the Mango Power E device.
Download Mango Power APP, then sign up & log in to your Mango Power account.
You'll enter the Mango Power homepage. Press "Add Device" icon.
The device can be added manually or via Bluetooth scanning.
After adding your Mango Power E device, you'll be prompted to configure the network.
Press OK to enter the network configuration page, then enter your Wi-Fi name & password.
Press "Start Configuration" for the connection to be made.
Once the connection is complete, your device will be successfully paired!

A Mango E can power my home for a day or two during outages
I live in Vernon, Louisiana, and we've been having frequent power outages. A Mango E can power my home for a day or two during outages. I mainly need it for lights, my laptop, the router, and the fridge, and sometimes to heat up food. I’m getting the mPanel Pro because the Solar Tax Credit requires it to be “installed” to get the 30% rebate, making it cheaper than just buying the Mango Power E. I'm also thinking about getting another Mango E to extend the power time and to run 240V appliances like my water heater.

Fantastic product
The Mango Power E Big Battery Kit is fantastic! It has a 7kWh battery and 3kW output, keeping our fridge, lights, and Wi-Fi running during outages. The system switches super fast, in just 20 milliseconds, so I hardly notice the power cut. The E-Battery Boost feature doubles the usage time, making it very reliable. It's great for Terrel, Texas, where outages are common. It’s easy to install and use, making it perfect for our family.

Great backup power source.
The Mango E Home Portable Power Station is a great addition. With the 2 400 Watt Solar panels it will help greatly when we lose power. The only drawback I see is that the Mango E will not charge when needed ( like at night) with our gas Generator at the same time the Mango E is powering parts of the House. I was hoping I could charge with Solar (during the day) and the gas generator at night (if needed), and have the Mango E continuously powering want is needed, with out having to swap the Mango E, and Gas Generator. Down the road I will get the extra battery pack to take it to 7KWatts of storage.

Do your homework on your wattage needs
Seems like a great product: solidly built, good assortment of plug in/out options, wheels around nicely on smooth ground. It’s heavy! So not quite as “portable” as you might think. Needed this for an off-grid appliance that pulls about 500w but, unlike regular home appliances, this is a constant draw so we only got about 5 hours. That means we should have ordered up for more wattage… so make sure your calculations are solid before ordering.
