Our journey began with a humble sublease at Warrior Fit Club, where we offered clinical and therapeutic massages that spoke to the heart of healing. Word quickly spread, and our services found a warm embrace within the fitness community, transforming our dynamic duo into a quintet of skilled therapists. Today, our team of seven brings an array of specialty services, including Custom Therapeutic Massage, Sports Therapy, Active Stretching, Detoxifying Manual Lymphatic treatments, Post-Operative Recovery treatments, Body contouring, and holistic wellness solutions through nutraceutical supplementation. Alexis Ortiz, LMT, FMT, C.E.S (Lead Therapist) has been a licensed massage therapist for 13 years and his specialties include Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Therapeutic Stretching, Cupping and IASTM Therapy but can also transition to a relaxation massage as needed. Alex is certified in Kinesio Taping, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization Tools, and Corrective Exercise Specialist. Alex enjoys helping clients recover from aches and pains whether it’s from work or sports related injuries.Fun Fact: Alex is a proud parent of two dogs and a cat. He loves traveling and hanging out with his family and friends.

Jessica Gaddis, LMT, CMLD is an experienced massage therapist of 8 years specializing in Trigger Point therapy, Therapeutic Massage, Sports Massage, Acupressure, Assisted Thai Stretching, Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Reflexology. She customizes each session to the needs of her clients based on their individual goals.
Fun Fact: Jessica practices Taekwondo. She is a loving mother of 2 beautiful girls and a very adorable young son.
Deshon Allen
LMT, NASM-CPT, CES / Massage Therapist
Deshon Allen, LMT, NASM-CPT, CES has worked in the health and fitness industry for over a decade. In addition to being a Licensed Massage Therapist of 4 years, he is a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritional Counselor. Deshon Allen is truly passionate about the healing art of massage, his specialties include neuromuscular therapy, assisted isolated stretch therapy, cupping therapy, and deep tissue massage.
His motto is: True wellness is only achieved when we heal all areas of the mind and body.
Fun Fact: Deshon enjoys water sports and shark fishing.

Orlando, Florida has been my beloved home for 22 years. I began as a martial arts instructor and actor, and today, I am a devoted professional massage therapist. My passion for the art of massage therapy knows no bounds. What truly sets me apart is the fusion of my martial arts background with my massage and stretching style, influenced by the graceful art of Tai Chi. This unique combination offers remarkable benefits for the body.
Fun Fact: Training keeps me in optimal health, and sharing my knowledge with others brings me great satisfaction. Cooking, on the other hand, is a personal delight. My culinary creations are as flavorful as my massage techniques, and I pour my heart into both.
Emily Soto
LMT, FMT / Massage Therapist / Co-Owner
Emily Soto, LMT, FMT has been a licensed massage therapist for 20 years and the co-owner of Massage by M.E. Studio since 2014 (She is the E in M.E.). Her modalities include Swedish, Sports Stretching, Deep Tissue, Kinesio Taping, prenatal and IASTM. Emily considers her work to not only have purpose but also results driven whether it’s relaxing or deep tissue.
Fun Fact: Emily is active in the Wellness and Fitness Community. Crossfit and Boot-camp classes are one of her favorite types of workouts. Her free time is spent creating wonderful memories with her husband, two daughters and their very playful puppy, Miley.
Madelinne Rodriquez
LMT, FMT, CLT / Massage Therapist / Co-Owner
Madelinne Rodriguez, LMT, FMT, CLT has been in the massage industry for 20 years, practiced Aesthetics for 8 of those years and is the proud co-owner of Massage by M.E. Studio since 2014 (She is the M in M.E.). She has worked with chiropractors to rehabilitate patients to working in various Spa Settings including on a Cruise Ship. Madelinne has experience in Therapeutic Massage, Sports Therapy, Thai Stretching, Cupping and IASTM, Kinesio Taping. Her Specialties include Manual Lymphatic Drainage for Detoxification and Wellness and Post- Operative Recovery for either Cosmetic or Orthopedic procedures.
